My dad had car repairs done here at West Town Monona Tire. It was our first experience working with them. They were recommended by AAA. It was worth it! My dad's repairs were quite costly due to the vehicles age and issues. He didn't want to pay all at once, so they offered 6 mo interest free financing through a third party credit lender. My dad is 82 yo and cannot navigate technology very well. Ian was patient and kind during the application process while and helped walk my dad and I through the process without judgement! Brandon and Stephan were also very kind and patient! The process took over an hour, so they went above and beyond. Whenever I witness people being treated with dignity and respect I feel it's important that it is recognized. Thank you Ian for your exceptional customer service!

I want to give a shout out to the services I received at Monona Tire on 6/3/2022. I got a "low tire pressure" notice while driving to Beloit, WI. I got my tire changed to the spare tire in Beloit. I called monona tire and asked if I could bring my car in after driving back to Madison. I made it back, drove to MOnona tire, and the technician, Sammy, figured out what the problem was in my original tire, fixed the tire and put it back on the car. This was done during his lunch break. Above and beyond! Thank you Sammy and everyone that day!
there is only the best from WEST TOWN MONONA TIRE.....thorough inspection and complete service for all parts required. My "TONY" is a mature 22yr old with 225,356 miles....and runs as if he is a young "stud".....thanks to WEST TOWN
